I love organizational culture and credit unions, and I keep busy with that stuff as much as I can. I'm President of The Mojo Company, which is a consulting firm that helps credit unions and others find their mojo through healthy culture, authentic leadership, and real teamwork. I'm also the Director of Education and Training for Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union, where our team creates and implements organizational development and culture initiatives for the credit union's nine locations. Additionally I'm a regular contributor to Training magazine. Previously, I helped develop and implement a global leadership development program that was awarded Training magazine's Top 125 Award, which recognizes industry-leading training and development initiatives across the United States. This program was a critical component of my responsibilities as Regional Leadership Development Training Manager for a global BPO.
